Very normal.You need to cut back on intensity while recovering.My muscles feel like mush if I train them hard at PCT.Train,but don't train like you're still on cycle.Remember your Test levels haven't begun to fully rebound yet.So recovery after training while on PCT is tough.Originally Posted by chump1976
