Nolva And Clomid

hey, one of my friends is going to run test e at 500mg/week for 10 weeks. he knows he needs pct and an anit-estrogen. he was talking about getting clomid for post cycle, and nolva for his anti-estrogen. he doesn't know when to run them (this is his first cycle so please be kind) or the dosages to take them at. any helpful knowledge would be greatly appreciated!!!!
