i always inject my test e in my delts. but saturday i tried in my glutes and come monday i couldnot walk very good or sit down i went to the spot injection site and did like they showed in the picture but when i was sticking the needle in i felt like it hit something.could it be that i hit a nerve

In my experience when you hit a nerve there is no question whatsoever, I stuck that thing in and yanked it out like it was on fire. As long as you were in the upper exterior quadrant you should be fine.

Injecting a "virgin" muscle will often cause soreness. Inject slowly and massage afterwards.

yes but it did not hurt til 2 days afterwards. i rub it and thought it was going to fine but i guess not

that sounds to me like normal pain. I had this really painful test E which always hurt the next day and especially 2 days after. If u hit the nerve u should feel it right away, its a lil diffrent kind of hurting too..

ya my delts are like old leather you can hit with a railroad stake and not hurt them

the first time I hit a nerve I thought I got hit by a lightning... it hurt like a bitch but only for a split second.. i pulled that thing out without even thinking. Like everyone said it is a completely different type of pain and you'll deffenetly know it when you hit a vain

I think youd know right off if you hit a nerve ... your butt muscle might even tighten up when that happens and making it quiet hard to get the syrange out .. but you now it right now...lol

everyone is right... u never think you hit a nerve... u know u hit a nerve... it is a feeling u will not want to have happen to u again...
