Anyone ever used Prednisone to bulk up? It is a mild steroid that is used for inflammation or allergic reactions mostly.

I used it a couple years ago with fast gains but horrible experiences.

I got strep throat after 3 weeks followed by sever flu and head cold. Went to ER finally before my throat swollen up and closed completely. Was treated for strep throat. The doc gave me something to kill the bacteria that caused the strep. My tongue shed completely while on meds. As a result, I now have a white paste on my tongue that never goes away. My doctor thought it was oral thrush, but did a culture test to reveal that it was not. She has no clue what it is, nor do my dentists and do not know how to treat it.

My only relief is to brush my tongue 2 times a day to keep it under control.

Any ideas?
