im on week 9 of a 10 wk cycle an ive went from 164 to 187 an i have hit a plateau but my strenght still climbs i have added 70+ lbs to my incline bench im now reppin 265i am shit at counting calories and deit i just eat as much as i can! an since im in the army im not always 100% constistent but more like 85% i eat a lot of brown an white rice, potatoes, 2+gallons of milk a week a variety of fish meat an poultry no junk food an some greens an bit of fruit....so any tips on what to eat or anything elese that will help me bulk??
