1st injection painful next day

last night i did my first injection of 250mg sust. it didnt hurt at all, but this morning my ass hurt like hell. like its hard to walk! is this normal?? will it always be this bad post injection?

yup... I have had 5 so far on my first cycle. The first one was bad, have been getting better ever since.

it will get better down the road sust tends to hurt so does prop but it will get better

sust has got 30mg of prop in it..have fun w that. Massage/hot shower after you will be fine

oh for sure. Make sure you are completely relaxed when giving the shot, tensing up could make it a painful experience

i prefer to mix deca in my prop or my bad as cyp...the result = no pain

your first shots tend to hurt more, you get used to them.....

some suggestions to lessen the pain

1) For delts, use 25g 1" needles

2) inject slowly

3) Massage the area for 2-3 minutes after the injection

4) after massaging, take a warm wash cloth or towel and gently rub the injection site for another couple minutes

for me anyway this significantly reduces pain.

it all depends on who makes your gear for you,,,some have painless prop...which is a blessing,,,but like stated above,,,,if using something painfull mix it when ever possible,,and keep your needle still when in your muscle.
