hey guys just was wondering does anti-estrogen like arimixex reduce gains during cycle and if yes to what extent

also i will do a sust 250 every 5 days for 8 weeks
do i start arimidex from the begining of the cycle or wait ?

The benefit out weighs the loss if there is indeed any loss at all.

I use a-dex @ .25mg ED in all my cycles. And I run it from beginning to end.

I suggest running the sust @ 400-500mg EW for 10-12 weeks.
