Anyone take t3/cytomel before and experience no weight loss ?
if so , what was your dosage
Did you try it and not lose fat? What are your stats?
Several people have, yes. I often believe that the hormone isn't well absorbed, or that is has been damaged, thus rendering it less potent (in their inparticular case, which is sometimes the case with liq. t3)... additionally, when people take a very low dosage that is essentially a replacement amount...
I'm on 100mcgs/day and am not impressed. Losing a bit of fat but I'm doing cardio and have a clean diet of course. I take it without food, for better absorption.Originally Posted by fonyx
I have tablets. The chance of it being fake is quite small as it's a cheap substance, isn't it?
Don't know what to do, upping the dose?
T3 isn't a magic pill by any means. It always comes down to diet+cardio. Sometimes the diet doesn't have enough calories though. I assume you are eating high protein, low sugars?
Well even if it's a reasonably decent diet and lets say you weren't doing cardio on 100mcg of t3 you should still be taking off a noticable amount of fat. I would question the potency/legitimacy of the product.Originally Posted by mranak

even though it's a thyroid hormone and is "regulated", it's far from magical.
You can get ripped/cut w/out T3 with a sound diet/cardio, but you cannot get cut w/T3 if you didn't do cardio and ate crap.
(Just showing the two sides and what is more important)

Diet is good. Loads of protein. Good fats. Carbs from oats etc.Originally Posted by Ejuicer
I've got pink 50mcg tablets from Berlin Chemie. Although not in it's original package I think they are real as t3 is pretty cheap stuff and the other stuff I've got from him definately worked.
Losing fat but not noticeably more then with normal diet/cardio. Wasn't expecting magic.
I just finished my first week of t3 with pretty clean diet and cardio. I only took 25 mcg a day and IM noticing great results. I think you should hit up the banner up above this thread.
I too am responding strangely to t3. I started off planning on ramping it up to 100mcg per day, but I didn't get the right temp increases until I hit 175mcg. I just finished with my 4th week (planning on running it for 6-8) and have maybe lost about 10 pounds, and my strenght and muscle mass has stayed the same as far as I can tell. My diet has been pretty much perfect, and I do cardio every morning. Most of the weightloss came in weeks 2 and 3, and I haven't had any thus far in week 4. I was also running clen and it's hard to tell if the t3 has had any effect on me. I am really wondering if maybe I got a bad batch from the place I order it from.
add rala to they diet routine..
helped me alot.. and got the results i was looking for..

No, and no. They're both good, so long as the hormone hasn't been damaged.Originally Posted by fonyx
