need advice on front loading a long ester cycle with a short ester

if I was going to do, say 500mg per week of cyp, but wanted to front load with prop, what should I dose the prop at and for how long?

Thanks chest, helpful as always. Why do you say to do prop ED instead of EOD?

Just to keep blood levels stable..short ester..its 3 days I believe. Less sides, less of a spike in levels..more of an equal amount of the compound in you.

EOD wouldn't really be a problem at all..but ED would be best IMO.
