    Question Is it just Florida?

    Is it just florida where a piece of SH** house is damn near 200,000. I mean you can't even find a decent house in florida unless it is 250,000. and that's for a two bedroom, with no land? Looks like i will be stuck in this apartment for awhile. Does anybody know the going rate for house's in the Colorado state?

    Yea. Don't buy anything in Florida. Stay clear of it. It's nothing but asking for trouble unless you're already a millionaire.
