I am on my second week of GH and the vile i am suing had about 3 days left of shots (2IU per shot). When i went to use in the morning, the vile was near empty and when i got a little of the growth into the needle i put it back into the vile and the vile didnt suck what i had in the needle. Does that mean the air tight top broke or something? Could that one vile be defected only? Any thoughts would help.

It's probably means the air is balanced in the vial. Extra air in the vial will push the continence out, vacuum in the vial will suck the compound into the vial

So does that mean extra air in the vile will cause the liquid to evaporate somehow?
