    22 y/o

    185 pounds
    5 ft 11
    Trenabol Asetate 100mg p/ml
    Testosterone Propionate 100 mg p/ml

    every two 2days
    prop for 10 weeks.
    tren for 8 weeks.
    clomid and arimidex pct.

    How much did you weigh before/after how did your diet change or did it?

    diet consisted of
    8:30 am - 6-8 egg whites, dijon no fat mustard -
    8:30 am - 2 multivitamin and 4 fish oil caps 2 hydroxycut tablets 2 Milk thistle tablets (for liver)
    9:00 am -protein shake
    10:30 am - 200g breast chicken, 100 g broccolli
    1:30 pm - lean cut steak 100g brocolli
    4:00 pm - 200g breast chicken - steamed carrots and brocolli
    6:30 pm - fillet salmon/chicken breast/steak depends on mood - broccolli
    TRAIN
    right after training, another protein shake
    right after training as soon as i get home 2 cans of tuna and 4 egg whites
    10:30 bed.

    as for weight.

    before i weighed at 211 pounds

    What's the time frame between the before picture and your after pics? Also you mention you've done 4 cycles. Is that 4 cycles between the before and after pic?

    reply to the progress pics before and after,

    the before picture was 2 weeks before my 4th cycle which i mentioned with prop and tren.

    and my workout routine changed aswell.

    Incline Dumbells, 6-8 Reps 3 sets
    Flat Bench press - 6-8 Reps 3 sets
    Decline Bench Press - 6-8 Reps 3 sets
    cables (PEC TECK) - Decline, Flat, Incline, 3 sets each

    and dropsetting cables to 20 KG weight standing chest crossovers

    just wondering if you could give me a run down of your cycle and PCT. Looking at doing Prop and Tren next and would like a base to run off.
    Plus your results are tops.
