For my first i want to bulk up pretty good and from my research i want to do d-bol deca and sust is this a good idea and how much and how long should i do i planned at least 8 weeks. If anyone has any ideas for a good first cycle to bulk up with basically the same gear any advice would be appreciated. I have also done 6 weeks of test prop. a couple of months ago before i started researching. Basically i want to know from some experienced people what they would have done for their first cycle had they known what they know now25years 6'0 180 liftin for about 3 years
