    how often??

    anyone know how often i should take my var? did a search, but so many topics came up.

    i'm taking 80mg/day with prop

    Var's half-life is pretty short....around 8hrs I believe. I always split my doses 4Xs/day...morn...lunch..dinning..before bed.
