I was thinking about t3. Would there be any benefit in using a moderate to low dose - around 50mgs/day? I have no experience with t3 and was just wanting to test it out first before using it for contest prep next summer.

It'll improve protein synthesis and may burn some fat

im also running eca - a pre contest diet and 45 min light cardio every AM. I dont want to over do it . . . but should i up the T3?
Depends on how you're reacting... temperature is crucial.
