I'm about to start a cycle of test prop. I'm only going to be on it for about 4 weeks. Do i need an anti estrogen? Also It says to shoot 50 - 100 mg every other day. I weigh about 185 - 190 and i'm 6'1", how much should i shoot up?

yes you would need an anti-estrogen. and why would you only run it for 4 weeks? a waste IMO. I would shoot prop ED. how many cycles have you done and what's your age?
I'd say you are not quite ready yet. Do some more research before starting.Originally Posted by jaym_100
I'm 22. I did a cycle of Test E 2 years ago. I took nalvodex when i did that. I was reading about test prop on the site and it said the side effects of test prop. weren't as bad as test e.
i would def. run it for longer than 4 weeks imo. Anti-estrogen is a must bro
What anti E would you suggest.
did you have bad sides when you took test e the first time? It bloats me more than prop, but prop, hurts way worse than test e IMO. missed a few workouts bc of swollen inj. sites. but still, i think 4 weeks is a waste... but that's just my opinion.Originally Posted by jaym_100

4 weeks is a waste. Run it atleast 8 weeks.
I had some bloating, but nothing that bad.Originally Posted by fitnessguy
What about 8 weeks?
8 weeks is more reasonable. 10-12 would be more reasonable if you can handle all the pokes...Originally Posted by jaym_100
but if you just want a short cycle, then 8 weeks of prop @ 50-100mg ED would do quite well...followed by proper pct
how much nolvadex should i take.
10mg/ED should be sufficient. 40-60mg/ED of gyno symptoms begin to occur.Originally Posted by jaym_100
10mg during cycle should sufice unless you feel gyno symptoms then bump it up until they subsideOriginally Posted by jaym_100
