I personally have been sick and still tryed to lift.. which it sucks cause yoru body is weak.. IMO I guess its how sick u are.. are u having test flu? If you are really sick its probably best u rest and get over it.. instead of making things worse.. this again is just IMO

IMO, being sick is enough stress on your body, not to mention your body trying to recover from the workout and trying to recover from being sick. i say take it easy for a few, down some vit.c, get some rest and let your body recover...my 2 cent

if your sick let your body rest... if some sudafed makes you feel good enough to work out then do it...

sometimes taking a few days off does wonders for the body and you get to get full muscle repair...
