I need help with my diet/nutrition, i was hoping some of you could give me a strict diet plan that you think would work for me, here is a little bit 411 about me:
I am 5'2 and weigh about 105 pounds (23 yrs old)
I would like to get leaner and loose some body fat but I have no idea what's my fat percentage is. Also I would like to get some advice about how many calories I should eat a day to get leaner and any work out recommendation would be great.
