    Try this for some explosive gains!!!!!!!

    This really works, it sounds crazy but it works!!! An old school powerlifter freind of mine had told me about this. The next time you go to workout, bring a couple cans of Chefboyardee Ravioli w/ you and a 2 liter of Mountain Dew. Drink the 2 liter throughout your workout and cardio, and halfway through your lift have yourself an intermission and eat your ravioli. You preferably want at least half of the 2 liter of Dew in you by the time you eat your ravioli. Do this right before squats or especially deadlifts. It gives you incredible strength and stamina. Sounds crazy but try it, I'm sure you'll have great things to say about your lift.

    I dont know about anybody else but if I ate some freakin chef boyardee and a thing of mountain dew before sqauts....well..you know...

    agreed! Eating a heavy meal and drinking a ton of pop on leg day is asking for a mess on the floor.

    That is why they put the buckets near the squat racks for crap like this. I would puke after the first set. I can see some stamina increase with the high carbs and caffeine but nothing like 4000mg of sodium and 50 grams of fat to make you sick.

    i drink 2ltrs of coke mixed with ketchep then i drink my tuna shake which is tuna whey and milk with a little tabasco sauce,,,,,,,,do a session of squats then have wholegrain icecream and tabasco sauce sandwich followed by some v8 juice massive gains from this

    yeah and then when you shat yourself... rack the weight and then bend over and pick it up and eat it again. and by then u should be able to lift 2x the ammount of weight then you normally do.

    damn bro, That works awsome!!! i just tried it and i was bouncing off the walls with energy! the only thing is that when i spewed the whole gym kinda went into a chain reaction of spewing......(kind of like on that movie problem child 2)

    Dont knock my idea until you try it!!! You can reply all you want, but until you eat some Chefboyardee and drink your 2 liters of Dew during a squat workout, dont knock it, because it can....and it will....give you gains like you've never seen before, even on juice!!!!!

    I know a powerlifter who eats a whole box of cheerioes the night before and he claims he has pretty good strength gains.

    I think im gonna give this a try. However im not a fan of ravioli. Can i switch the ravioli for beefaroni.. mmmmmmmmmm BEEFARONI!
    Im also not a fan of mountain dew. can i swicth the M-dew for some beers. mmmmmmmmmmm BEERS!

    No, beefaroni wont work in this case, you can do spaghettios he says but no beefaroni, it takes too long to digest the type of protien in it. I asked him about the beer, he says that personally he wouldnt do it, but he knows guys who do and get good gains from it, but it's best to start w/ a light beer and eventually work your way up to something such as a Heineken or even a fine malt liquor of some sort, maybe a Colt 45 or some Old English.

    Must be at least three days old to work...

    Oh...and you need to keep it in a dark beer bottle to keep the secret nutritive power-enhancing stuff in it.
