Ok, been shooting Prop, Tren, and EQ. Guys, my a$$ is soooo swollen.

What causes swelling? I never had this happen before and I look ridiculous. Looks like I have little pillows in my pants. NOT HOT!

I was wondering if soaking in a hot tub would help the swelling and also help thin the oils under my skin. Is heat a bad idea? Can I ice the area either?

Are you rotating injection sites? The BA level could be too high in the test. You could be injecting too fast. Warm water bath nor ice will hurt you if it feels better to do so.

been like this 2 days now. and yes, i rotate glutes, right, then left, then right, then left, etc. This is my 4th cycle and i never had this issue before.

i am going to have to shoot delts i guess, but have been nervous doing so. any tips on delt shooting i should know of before i do this? I know 3/4" deep, lateral head, relaxed.....

is prop better being shot in delt anyway vs glutes?

Go there, and especially if you are using prop and injecting each day you should have 7 dif. sites man. Only do each site once a week. Besides there are sites that are even easier to self-admin than glutes.

good god man you are doing ed inject on only your glutes, yikes! quads and delts are really easy. spotinjections.com will help a great deal.

well the quads I tried 2 cycles ago and hit a nerve becasue til today, I still have a 4"x 5" area where my leg is numb. Scared me bad.

I will try delts tomorrow and then so on...I will keep you all posted. Thanks guys....

shot in left delt this am...not too bad. next is right delt, then quads...leaving da azz alone for awhile

yeah good call, ive come close to hitting nerves in the quad. you can usually feel it twitch etc before you hit it, when that happens pull out a bit and try a slightly diff angle. worked for me quite nicely. just go in nice and slow and try to remember good spots to shoot.
