Advice on nolva

I've read the profile and did some more research but I couldn't find the answer to my question:

Should nolva be started on the first day of a cycle or does it need time to build up in the body, therefore needing to take it a few days before?

Either way should be fine. I think of it like this...If using a long ester you'll be okay to start it out the same day as your cycle. If using short ester I would begin it about 3-5 days prior to begining the cycle. That's just how I go with it, works well for me though.

20mg in the morning will be fine at the start of your cycle,,,
