Can't send PMs

1. I was told that you have to reach 25 pm's before you can send pm's. I've reached over 25 and still no luck

2. I can't seem to start new threads in certain forums such as the "Fake Steroid Pic" forum.

3. Still can't post pics anywhere on here. I just get a blank screen when I click upload and I have tried resizing a million times.

Any help would be appreciated.

1. look at your user options and make sure they are enabled
2. you shouldnt be able too, that is correct.
3. boardwide issue. should be resolved soon

i think you must have 50 posts before u can pm

I have the same problem, i think it has to do with how many you have and how many the member you are trying to PM has. i can PM other newer members but not high post count members.
