    anyone else drink their flax/olive....oil

    I find it easy just to down the spoon of oil rather than put on my food, anyone else do the same.

    dbol only? Dbol only cycles are the best!

    Chase with water..damn water doesnt get the taste outta my mouth cuz its just plain water. I chased it with my protein shake last night..and no problem. Someone on here the other day said as long as u dont try to breath out of your nose ur fine..so I do that and i dont almost throw up anymore

    Drink it straight...I got use to the taste by gonig to the bertucci's...They give you bread with a plate of garliced and peppered olive oil...

    Pills during the day, easier to carry. A spoonfull at night before bed straight from the bottle.

    I drink mine straight up.... allot of guys I know put it in their shakes and blend it up to keep that lingering taste around.

    No need to spread it over a salad or put it in a shake. Especially if you dont like the taste. I'll just pound down a tbls full in between my main course at night. Routine ya know

    right out of the bottle. I have never had a problem with the taste. Not like I enjoy it but its not awfull or anything. Cod liver oil now that is some rancid tasting shit. After drinking that flax tastes wonderfull.

    That totally reminds me of one night when this new guy started bartending at one of my jobs. He went to blow fire w/ 151 and had no idea what to do. He blew the flame from his hands and inhaled when his hands were too close to his mouth. He inhaled the flame and suffered some severe burns and had to leave in an ambulance.


    Pretty sure he felt like this
