I keep losing weight so I started keeping track of my cals, prot, fat and carbs. I got about 3800 yesterday, but I need more.
I am going to olive garden with family and I want to continue keeping track but the olive garden does not have any nutritional guide.
I wonder how many calories are in the "tour of Italy"

If anyone knows where to find this info would be appreciated. thanks
