As others have said abs and triceps need a little work.. what do you do for triceps?
It's hard to judge symmetry when the pictures are taken in sections. Set away from the camera and take full length shots in the mandatory poses.

tris for sure. id say you look better from the front than from the back, which is a good indication that focusing on chest and delts has paid off, and IMO more than caught up with your back. quads look awesome dude, good luck
my honest opinion based on your pics is that your bodyfat is not low enough. For 6 wks out, you should be seeing your abs by now, they wont look contest shape or anything, but they should be in enough so you can see them in the pics. Tris for sure, but nothing you can do about that now if your 6 wks out, your not growing or anything until after the show and you can eat again. Overall size looks good, quads look thick but need to come in more. Whats your diet look like at this point? Training? This was in no way meant to discourage you, I'm just trying to help a brother out

Really cant tell much. For one thing I dont think your bodyfat is low enough for 6 weeks out. I cant tell much cuz the pics are so close in and strange poses..Calm down on the front delts![]()

yeah, an hour seems like a little much though! I get so freakin hungry i think my stomach is eating itself in the morning. I do 30-45min AM cardio on an empty stomach (except for amino acid pills) and I do 30-45min cardio directly after my workout in the afternoon (i burn all the carbs when i lift and by the time i start cardio i'm just burning fat)

yeah, i've been tanning every other day and using this really good bronzer but I'm so fair skinned it is really hard for me to tan. Today is back day so i'll try to take some more pics after my workout, i guess front lat spread, rear lat spread, a better back dbl bis, and I'll try to get a whole body shot with my abs
does that melanotan stuff really work well? ...is it worth the price?
