I run 3000 mg ed regardless of the gear, may as well start now too as it takes a while to get the desired effects.
Does it matter when you take it (pre or post workout/morning)? Any brand that works better than others? Thx
I just take it 3 times daily, not so much for the benefit of the drug so much as to keep from taking 50 pills at once. I'm sure some brands are better, but I just tend to buy what is on the shelf.
To my understanding glucosamine, (which is usually combined with chrondointin*) is to help maintain the integrity of ligaments, cartilage and tendons. I believe your pain from winny is due to lubrication since it removes water from your body. I don't remember which omega it is, i believe its omega 3 helps w/ the synovial fluid in the joints, which helps with lubrication. you may want to look into rheumetoid arthritis and products pple take for that b/c that type of arthritis is due to increase friction between the joints.
Intresting. Thx shortie and 305.
Before i head to GNC. Is 3000mg the normal daily dose for Glucosimine?
my mother takes this for arthritis. aparently its good after about 4 weeks

I take 1500mg. Works AWESOME for joint pain. Takes awhile though ....
3000 is good - I use and I love it - on and off. Check out Osteo Bi Flex triple strength. 2 caps a day will get you there and you can buy it at Sams Club in the BIG jug.....Originally Posted by Hawkman44

I just picked some up but it doesn't have Chonroitan. Do I need that? My is just Glucosomine suf (1000mg per tab).
Most joint supplements are glucosamine and chondroiton(sp)blends, if yours only has glucosamine go ahead and use it up then when you buy your next bottles get the blend IMO.
www.celadrin.com
superior to glucosimine and doesnt take 4 weeks to become effective also has other benefits as well
dido, except lower chondroitin and no MSM.Originally Posted by QuieTSToRM33

look into the omega 3 or 6...one of the two help w/ joint lubrication...im not a 100% sure but i blelieve it was omega 3. Check webmd or hit up GNC.com and on the top left hand corner click on health notes and search in there....
