i dont really understand what you are asking, but prop is use at 100mg per day depending on your cycle history

start using it now at 100mg per day and for 3 weeks past your last shot of sus, then 3 days after last shot of prop start PCT

I ve hear twice that prop can be used 2x a week at 250mg each inject. Monday&Thursday?

So Can U Just Take 200mg Eod Instead Ov Ed Injections

Prop is best run ED. EOD is ok too, but less preferable. As injection frequency increases side effects will normally go down, as blood levels are more stable and there is less injection volume per shot. Don't like prop myself, JMO.
