Critique my CYCLE !!!

Wks 1-4 Halo, 30 or 40mg/day

Wks 1-10 EQ, 600mg/Wk.

Wks 1-10 T-400, 800mg/wk.

Wks 11-15 Winny, 100mg/EOD.

Wks 1-10 Arimidex, .25mg/day

When should I hit the Clomid ? 2 weeks after the test ?


I am 5'11", 235, 14%BF, Looking to eventually get to 9-10%BF and 245- 250. This should be a step in the right direction.

The EQ, test and winny look high to me and you might want to go with test enanthate. You could go 11 weeks with the test, the EQ take 17-21 days to metabelize in your system. If you are going to run winny for 5 weeks go from 9-13, colmid 14-16 and arimidex to end of colmid. JMO

im going more with johnnys idea....i like to run the winny the last 6 weeks and end it 2-3 weeks after my last inject(depending on what i run)....and if this is your first or near first cycle, the doses are a little high....
also t-400 hurts alot, so maybe cut the dose and mix it with the Eq...

Not my first cycle, definitely not my last ... and for me, T-400 doesn't hurt a bit. Thanks

I think for a first cycle, 400mg Test. & 400mg EQ will give you great results!

Push the Winny back two weeks so you are running the Winny at the end of the Test./EQ, not just by itself.

Run the Test. 1 week longer than the EQ, EQ metabolizes out of your system in 17-21 days, Test. En/Cyp in 14 days--so they will gone by the end of week 13, when your winny finishes.

Start the Clomid two days after you finish the Winny and you are good to go!

Also, I have never done Arimidex (I use Proviron), will 0.25 be enough for this cycle? Somebody with experience in Arimidex please comment...

Do the winny 50mg ed instead of doing it 100mg eod.
