I was just wondering how most of you guys run your IGF? I'm going to run it 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off for my next cycle. I lift 5 days a week (Mon.-Fri.). Do you reccommend taking the IGF all 7 days out of the week or do a lot of you just run it during the week days/days you lift? BTW-It is IGF (LR3).
