.25mg of L-Dex Enough?

I’m running Omnadrens, one on M-W-F. I know needs to be ran everyday but I’m going to stick with it this way. I planned on running .25 L-Dex and 20mg of Nolvadex. This is the first time I have ran L-Dex and was wondering if that might be suffice.

Yes .25 mgs ED is a standard dose.

How would I know? Would I start to bloat. I'm taking along with the nolvadex so I don't think I will have the inching nips or swelling of them.
