    Hi,
    I wanna know that masturebating can cause less gains?
    And why every time i masturebate my eyes go deep in my face?(like very tired person for two or three days)Is there any cure?Or i must just don't masturebate?

    i think u r trying to ask a question that pertains to this answer: dont masturbate before a workout, u will lose a lot of test in ur system & it will weaken ur lifts & make u feel lethargic (tired & lazy). i dont masturbate on a workout day, but if i must, i rub 1 out before bedtime. this should answer ur question. for the record, this also applies to sex.

    this is what i was told from my highschool wrestling coach & he strongly suggested not to do these things before a match or any strength needed activity.

    For most people...i have better workouts when i jack off once or twice 1-2 hours before nap for an hour then have a shake,.....

    I mean if u have sex (or masturbate) the night before a workout or just a few hours before, will this affect ur lifts?

    i dont believe it lowers your test. I think it actually increases your test. BUT you usually dont get as good of a workout if you have sex or jerk off.

    I know alot of boxers who don't have sex or wack off a month or 2 before a fight. I tried it when I was single and lasted 26 days, before I went insane, and pounded the shit out of a Turkish chic. IMO it did not make that much of a difference, but if you are on cycle I think you might go nuts.
