You really want to shoot LR3 IGF-1 "IM".Taking advantage of the insulin-like factor will shuttle much needed nutrients to your muscles far more quickly than sub q shots.

"IM" but anywhere, I dont shoot Bi's yet, does LR make them sore?? Going to do a 8 week prop cycle, might as well get started shooting the Bi's I guess.

You can hit your delts or where ever you are lean.Keep in mind an insulin pin is only a 1/2 inch long.So you obviously don't want to inject in a fatty area.
You might get a little sting from injecting LR3 IGF-1 ,but it's nothing that will make you see stars.Also,you are injecting a very small amout of liquid.When you look at 50 mcgs in a pin you think " How the hell is this little amount going to do anything at all"?
