PCT= Post cycle therapy you ran a cycle without knowing what pct is? say goodbye to your gains.

do a search and have a read of pheednos pct guide
as for pct (post cycle therapy) yes it can consist of nolvadex, arimidex/ldex, clomid , B6 is useful if you're running tren/deca
