I don't think is it real because it's missing some important elements an ad must have, like a web address or a phone number or even store address.

Yes the billboard is here in KC and I see it every morning on the way to work.

So every morning I have the joy of seeing SC as i'm drinking my cup of java which makes my day just a little bit better ..

Don't do it, you will do alot better doing what you already do. Billboards are expensive and the response sucks. Billboards are going out of fashion. (the internet is the new frontier, as you are already know )

I must say the Internet is the thing to come, and I am glad I am already doing it. The billboard just looks really neat, but I'll think of similar "neat" things to do on this platform (Virtual world that is the Net).

The biggest benefit is that you are not "confined" to a storefront property where people must go to see you. Being accessible all over the world is the thing to do, and you can only do that in a virtual location. You don't wait for people to come to you, you make them come to you by going everywhere and just being exposed. Business is all about exposure and reaching as many as you possibly can. There will always be those who have no interest at all, but to get more of the ones that do, you have to keep reaching bigger and bigger populations. Being able to confine those populations to those who make up your target audience more or less, enables you to focus on those areas that wil bring big business and a better return each time.

Fly as a pelican, ice on a skeleton!!
