Hi All,
I'm new here. I've been away from the gym for the last 5 years due to medical reasons (I suffer from schizophrenia). In this time period I've gained a whole heap of sh1tty fat - a result of medication, laziness and overeating lol
I'm 29, 5'9" tall and weigh in at 220lbs - bodyfat must be 30+ %
Just thought I'd throw some pics up so I can refer back to, in order to see how I'm progressing.
I will be visiting the other forums for advice on training/diet. I see perfectbeast is answering questions, would be awesome to have guidance off him and others to get me in shape again !
