in one of my many books on food and supps an shit it says to tell a good multi-vit pop it in some vinegar and the quiker it disapears the better quality the vitamin, apparently the acid in your stomache is similar to vinegar,( dont know how true it is but when i did it the more expensive vit went alot quicker than the cheap type). hope this helps mate
