I plan to use 300 mg powder DNP/day. My concern is that I don't want to lose a lot of muscle mass while on it. This is a trial period for two weeks only. Should I plan to take clen while on it to minimize muscle loss? And, will I put myself in a catabolic state if I workout while on it - i.e., will I burn muscle protein for fuel in the gym? As some of you know, I just took a week off while on my honeymoon. That week is the usual week I take off after a cycle, so now I want to go back to the gym. But I also don't want to waste my time and energy if I am not going to at least maintain my current mass, or actually lose more muscle than if I did not work out.
