For now, my diet is as follows.
7 am - Fruit/skim milk protein shake
9 am - Oatmeal packet
12 am - can of tuna or low fat chicken salad in a whole wheat tortilla.
2 pm - can of tuna, chicken salad, oatmeal, or a piece of fresh fruit.
5:30 pm - White or dark meat with green veg, baby spinach, brocolli, or brown rice
6:30-7:30 lifting M-W-F Cardio 3-4 days a week, usually not lifting days.
8:00 - 10g Glutamine and water
9:00 - a few ounces of peanuts, almonds, or mixed nuts.
Sleep 7-8 hours
I usually take one weekend day off too, and limit minimal alcohol intake to that day, (3-4 drinks).
