    What have you noticed from B12? I am looking to find it from a vet supply store but i cannot find anything on the net yet.

    i asked my doctor about b-12 shots.He told me they were pretty much a waste unless you were b-12 deficent. He was call about it and did blood work to check mine.

    I used this 2 years ago and man i noticed all of my senses jump to a whole new level. and the second i injected i could tase better, It was crazy and made me feel awesome. I have been looking for it for a while now and cant seem to find any as of yet.

    How much should you take?

    If there is too much B12 Complex taken does it affect anything?

    You wont get negative side effets from B12. If any isnt used, the body will just excrete it

    I think all the pro baseball players are using it and then when they aren't looking, their trainer slips in some Winstrol and then they end up testing possitive for steroids. It is really quite a sad story. These poor guys didn't even know what they were taking.

    Nah, unless you use it to "cut" other AASs its useless.

    My doctor gave much the same story--only for deficient people, with the elderly with very poor diets the only real occurence in the US.
