    crystals wont melt WTF?

I had 2 cyp bottles and 1 of em that had crystals melted fine, the other hasnt melted yet. I placed em both in a bowl of hot water (not boiling), swished em around and 1 of em still hasnt melted yet, there is these fine crystals on the bottom. What else can I do?

What do you mean by reputable lab? Is it someone other than a pharmaceutical or veterinary company?

I would just be wondering why there are crystals in it at all? The only time that i have ever seen crystals in any of my gear was from a UGL when the solution crashed. I have also seen suspension crystalize a little bit, but never an oil based test from a legitimate company? It would raise a flag in my opinion. But maybe some others have had the same problems. Seems a little bit strange to me.

I thikn I can melt em but, Im afraid to heat it too much and I didnt have to heat it this much for the other. would a hairdryer be too much? I dunno, Im ffrustrated.

How hot can I get a bottle generally?

If I do get it hot enough to melt them, will doing this repeatedly, or at a temperature too high, effect the test in any way?
