winny questions!!

some questions on winny.....

whats the best or most common dose? 30-50mg?

is it best to take all through out the day or in the morning and late evening?
if i have 10mg tabs and im taking 40mgs, should i take it 4 separate times or twice at 20 mgs? any help is appreciated. just doin a little research! thx

50mgs ed is an ok dose for a first time with winny. Dont bother with going any lower than that.
B/c of the halvlife, you should split the dosage up 3-times daily, atleast 2.

What you should do, is plan your base.

Your goal: What do you want to do, do you want to gain or lose weight. How much weight?

Test : what ester, how long, and how much weekly.

Then look at what other aas compounds can add to your existing base cycle.
