1st cycle- newbie needs help

I am 6'4 250lbs. been training for 18mos. I am starting my 1st cycle it is going to be Test-Cyp. I'd like some help on how much to take. I'd also like to know if I can take supplements during my cycle. If so what kinds, how much, and what to stay away from.

WK 1-12 500 mgs Test weekly

Nolvadex @ 10 mgs ED
Liquidex @ .25 mgs ED

Proper PCT protocol

As far as supplements go,you can take glutamine,creatine ect.Also a good multi vitamin,and some antioxidants like vita e,vita c and beta carotene.
I'd focus on diet/nutrition more so than any OTC suppliment.

thanx. I am taking protein,glutimine and a good multi-vita. As for as 500mgs what is that in ML??? and should I take 2 shots a week at 250mgs or is one shot a week good enough???

Test Enanthate is usually 250 mg/ml... 1cc twice weekly.Say Mon and Thurs

I have cyp. is that the same?? Also on my pins it goes from 1ml up to 3ml so how much would be a cc,

Cyp is normally 200 mg/ml.So 1 cc is 200 mgs

1 ml= 1 cc

i know you suggested taking 2 shots a week but if i did it in 1 500mgs shot a week would that make a big difference??? would it be too much at once???

I don't really suggest it,but being it's Cyp,you could get away with 1 shot weekly.Doing 2 shots weekly will help keep blood levels stable.Which is ideal
