i am on week 4 of the following
deca 300mg weeks 1-10
test e 400mg weeks1-12
clomid after cycle 50mg a day for 30 days
Vit-B6 200mg/ED for progesterone related gyno,
MultiVitimins and 1000mg/ED Vit C also with Omega-3's and a Zinc and Magnesium supplement.
eating clean and also train hard. Resting 8-9 hours a night
my problem is that my shoulder joints are always in pain. am i working out to hard. is this a side i didnt read about or what.
i would be greatful for any input.
