homemade - depending on how you made them, what you ate with them (carbs?)....your still screwed.
Just kidding. What i'm trying to say is that while you did get a lot of protein out of 2 dozen chicken wings, the bad outweighs the good.
Treat it as a cheat meal, the damage will be negligible in the long run, especially if you hand a monster workout that day.![]()
