1/2 cup oatmeal
1 egg / 3 eggwhites
1 orange
1 cup skim milk
multivitamin
3 blueberry pancakes (non-healthy, diner kind)
3 krispy kremes (glazed, chocolate, glazed with chocolate)
1 strawberry pop-tart
2 brown sugar cinnamon pop-tarts
(when i say pop tart i am referring to the whole package and not just one)
10 low-fat oatmeal girl scout cookies (lol)
1 cup skim milk
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich (whole wheat, natural peanut butter, sf jelly)
1 peanut butter and banana sandwich (whole wheat, natural peanut butter, banana)
1 california cheeseburger (homemade with 93% lean ground beef and fat free mayo
2 potatoes (made these the fries...fried them in pan with olive oil)
1 bag of cooler ranch doritos (99 cent bag)
3 snack size vienna cremes cookie packs
6 ounces of split chicken breast chicken (you know the tasty, not as healthy kind)
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich (decided to get naughty and make it the way mommy used to make it...skippy, white bread, and full sugar jam)
1 whole stick of colby cheese

cutting out my cheat meal for two weeks...

And the whole time I'm cutting I'll think about all the stuff I'm gonna get for my cheat day. Then when the day arrives, I find myself standing in the candy isle looking at the bag of reese's pb cups hesitating. I feel like a broke sob looking at the collection plate at church full of hundred dollar bills. It's something I want really bad, but am not sure if the immediate satisfaction outweighs the consequences. But that's just me.
Enjoy your break days johan. I wish that I too had no shame.
