Okay I know I'm a noob and stupid SWOLE PLEASE DON'T BAN ME hahah but my noob question is

1-4 Dbol 40mg/ed
1-10 Test Enanthate 500mg/wk
1-10 Nolva 10mg/when needed
13-17 Clomid (300mg first day, 200mg Second day, 100mg third day, 50mg everyday till you hit 4 weeks.)

WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEANNNN I read about the first cycle stuff know it should be Test E or Test C 500 then Nolva and Clomid as pct or nolva if you need i. But I really know don't 1-4 dbol 40mg/ed?!?

Well your first cycle doesn't need to be test E or C at 500mg/week it's just a fairly common one that people can learn from. "1-4 dbol" means using dianabol for 4 weeks at 40mg ED. Something I encourage newbies to avoid and if they were hellbent on using it I'd start at more like 25-30mg instead of 40. Did I answer your question?

Whats your cycle history?

You dont need Dbol IMHO for a first cycle, it would be better to use it for a second/third cycle. All you need is Test Only.

PCT begins 14 days after your last Test shot, not 3 weeks as you've stated. Enan will stay active in the blood for 14 days.

No, you'd eat 40mg every day. Of you could shoot it if you had injectable dbol. Long ester test like cyp or enanthate you'd shoot probably twice per week, each injection 250mg (typically 1mL but not always) which would total 500mg/week.
