I have found Crushed Wheat with Soy Beans cereal at a grocery store and it seems to be a good source of Carbs and Protein. I’d like to know if any of you guys have tried that kind of cereal and what you think about it as a source of complex Carbs and Protein.

Protein: 10 grams.
