How much test to add to cycle?

Hi all,

I've just started a cycle. in my first week now. It was
supposed to go as follows:

week 1-4 dbol 35mg/day
week 1-12 test cyp 800mg/wk
week 1-12eq 400mg/week

PCT aftre cycle with nolva.

I've done 3-4 cycles already.
Mostly just with test and 1
or 2 with some dbol added.
On my previous cycle, which
was about 1.5 - 2 years ago,
i took about 1gram-1.2gram
of test a week.

My question is...should i up the
test to 1 gram in this one as well?

I am 1.80m tall and weigh 82kg.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You should be able to add plenty of gains with the gear you have right now. Especially since you been cleen for a long time.

Remember to take anti-estrogens the whole cycle!

that depends.... how were your results when running that amount last time? If it showed great results, I would run it again.. If they werent to your satisfaction, Id bump it up.. Im running a gram/wk right now, but its only week 3 so I have to wait a couple more weeks.. some people get great gains with lower doses, others dont..

I'ld rather up the EQ to 600mg EW...
Kickstart with test prop @75mg ED first 4 weeks, instead of the dbols?

Do the receptors really freshen up again if you stay
off for quite some time?

Since it is my first time on EQ, shouldn't I start with the reccomended dose of 400mg/week?

And is it nessecary to run anti-e right though the cycle? I usually run it with PCT.

I have run Eq at 400mg/wk and 600mg/wk, 600 was deff. better but personally I don't think Eq is really worth the trouble. Others feel differently but I'll probably not run it again.

Yes.
...and it's better to be on the safe side, take nolva @10-20mg ED or ari @0.25mg ED. In case of gyno bump it up the nolva @20-40mg ED until the signs go away.

I'ld stick to 20mg ED, better to be safe. But if you have good experience with 10mg ED and not prone to gyno or bloat, you can go with that.

I have a question though. I am in week 2 of my cycle

been taking a little of nolva for bloat (20mg). I've done
some research though and thought it would be better
to purchase some letro to rather use. It's going to take
a month for it to arrive ( i live in southern africa) Is it
ok to just stop the nolva and wait for the letro to arrive.
Or do i need to continue nolva till then. i don't believe
that the estrogen rebound effect should be that strong
after quitting nolva in the second week and after such
short use.

Am i correct in this assumption?

I would stick to the nolva for now... Definitly do NOT stop taking it now, dbol+test+eq will give you estrogenic buildup at those doses!

Ok I should add that I've only taken 20mg nolva on sat and then
10mg today. that's all. Now i'd like to go off the nolva if possible
since i've read it might hinder gains and just wait for the letro
to arrive. I'm also thinking that in these 3 days that i've used
the nolve the rebound effect wouldn't be that strong, and also
it's only my 2nd week.

also...does it really take 8 weeks for the letro to start working?
That would mean you'd need to start taking it 8 weeks before
you start your cycle for it to really be of any use!!???
