i have never done an all out bulk but if i am going for some LBM gains I will eat one of these combos before bed...
-cottage cheese and natural peanut butter
-egg whites w/a couple whole eggs (or some flax oil if im feeling froggy)
-extra lean ground beef w/almonds
the main thing, IMO, is to make sure it is whole food
