you don't get a gut off sust that's down to your diet
some peoples stomach look larger due to the massive amounts of food they eat. when you eat such large amounts of food your stomach tends to stretch. The blame could also be pointed at HGH, and or IGF
nice to hear. I was forewarned about the sus gut. so now that its apparently fake I feel better about it.
Now for the real question then. whats the ball park range for calories for mass, but not added fat?
well that is individual and depends.. I think the best u can do is eat a certain amount and then adjust... I know from experience how much I can eat.. or sorta...

depends, but i'm sure you can find a site that will calculate what you should probably eat for mass, according to your height, weight, and age.
